Our Spanish class exposes children to a valuable second language which increases their performance in all areas of development.

Research strongly supports the benefits of bilingualism in language, literacy, social, and cognitive development. For example, bilingual children have performed better than monolingual speakers on measures of analytical ability, concept formation, cognitive flexibility, and metalinguistic skills (Espinosa, 2008; Hakuta, Ferdman, & Diaz, 1987; Roseberry-McKibbin & Brice, 2005).

Using our innovative dual language thematic approach, we teach children the basics of Spanish, the second most-spoken language in the world. They will learn Spanish words and vocabulary accompanied with English words through a multi-sensory path.

Our teaching strategy incorporates learning games, storytelling, songs, and art and crafts to build the groundwork for speaking Spanish.
