Enrichment Teacher

Little Scholars, LLC is currently looking for experienced classroom teachers to teach our educational enrichment programs to preschool through 5th grade students in area public elementary schools and independent schools. The qualified teacher has classroom teaching experience, can follow a lesson plan, and successfully manage a classroom of students. Interested candidates must have reliable, non-public transportation. This is an ideal position for a stay at home mom or retired teacher.

The hours and days are flexible. Our enrichment teachers typically work 2-10 hours a week. The typical assignment involves arriving at the school 15 minutes prior to the start of the class, teaching the class for one hour, and staying 15 minutes after the conclusion of the class to return the classroom to the condition the school’s teacher had it in before we arrived. Little Scholars provides you with the materials necessary to teach the class and classes can be 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks but are only one hour each week.

Teachers find working for Little Scholars rewarding because the lesson plans and classes are fun to teach, the children have a blast learning and are very engaged, and the hours are flexible. EOE.

Tutor

Little Scholars, LLC is currently looking for experienced teachers to work with preschool through 5th grade students on an individual basis. The qualified teacher will have classroom teaching experience and a Master’s degree is preferred. Our teachers are responsibile for planning and implementing lesson plans that result in successful individualized tutoring sessions. This is an ideal position for a stay at home mom or retired teacher.
