CEO, Worth Products Group
Mr. Jervey is CEO of Worth Products Group, LLC and President of Worth Home Products, LP and Worth Commercial Products, LLC. Mr. Jervey is also the Managing Director of J5 Management, and advises companies on Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Funding and Organizational Strategy. From 1997 to 2003 Mr. Jervey was also an executive with Cotelligent, a public software and services firm. He served as Cotelligent’s Senior Vice President of Operations and led the operating groups of the company. His responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, and improving the efficiencies and effectiveness of all operations.
Prior to joining Cotelligent, Mr. Jervey was a Founding Partner of a software development company that specialized in international trade support products and consulting, which was merged with ExpoSoft in 1997. His company consulted with the International Trade Administration, Bureau of Export Administration, Small Business Administration, and Departments of Energy and Defense.
Mr. Jervey has also founded business start-ups in fields as varied as Motion Picture production, Horticulture consulting, and Government service consulting.
He has served as a New Business Developer for Thermo-Electron Corporation, as a Business Developer and Project Lead for Coleman Research Corporation, and as a Finance Specialist for General Motors Acceptance Corporation. Mr. Jervey has also consulted with large corporations and government in the areas of project management, strategic planning and cost estimating.
He holds a BA degree from the University of Virginia and a Masters degree from George Washington University. He is married with three children and is an avid sailor, soccer player and coach, and restorer of classic cars.
Mr. Jervey serves on the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Museum of Richmond and is an active member of the Virginia Council of CEOs and the Richmond Venture Forum.
